هوية ومنصة تمكينEmpowerment Identity & Platform

جمعيات التعليم والتمكين تُقدَّم غالباً بقبعة تخرّجٍ مكررة أو بلغة إحسانٍ تجعل المستفيد متلقّياً ينتظر. والمانح يدعم برامج لا يرى أين وصلت بأصحابها. نَماء أراد لغةً أخرى: لغة القدرة، حيث يدخل المستفيد متعلّماً ويخرج صانعاً يبيع ويكسب، ويرى المانح البرنامج يتحوّل مشاريع تعيش.Education and empowerment charities are often presented with a recycled graduation cap or a charity language that turns the beneficiary into a waiting recipient, while donors fund programs without seeing where they took people. Namaa wanted another language: the language of capability, where the beneficiary enters as a learner and leaves as a maker who sells and earns, and the donor sees programs turning into living businesses.

بنينا الهوية على معنى الاسم: نَماء هو النمو الذي يتراكم. الرمز طبقاتٌ تصعد من بذرةٍ ذهبية: منحةٌ صغيرة تنبت مهارة، ومهارةٌ تنبت مشروعاً، وكل طبقة تُبنى على ما قبلها. سحبنا الباليت من العلامة نفسها: كحلي المعرفة وأخضر النماء وبذرةٌ ذهبية على كريميٍّ دافئ، وجعلنا رحلة «تدخل متعلّماً وتتخرّج بمشروعك» في قلب المنصة، مصمَّمةً فعلاً بالكود منصةً وجوالاً قبل أي لقطة عرض.We built the identity on the name's meaning: Namaa is growth that compounds. The mark is layers ascending from a golden seed: a small grant grows a skill, a skill grows a business, and every layer builds on the one before. We pulled the palette from the mark itself: knowledge navy, growth green and a golden seed on a warm cream, and put the journey "enter as a learner, graduate with your business" at the heart of the platform, actually built in code as a platform and mobile before any presentation shot.

طبقاتٌ تصعد من بذرةٍ ذهبيةLayers ascending from a golden seed

الرمز يحكي التمكين نفسه: بذرةُ منحةٍ صغيرة تنبت طبقات نموٍّ متراكمة. فكرةٌ واحدة تقرأ العلامة والقطاع معاً.The mark tells empowerment itself: a small grant seed growing compounding layers. One idea that reads both the brand and the sector.

تمكينٌ لا إعانةEmpowerment, not handouts

لغة القدرة في كل سطر: تدخل متعلّماً وتتخرّج بمشروعك. المستفيد صانعٌ يُنمّي رزقه، لا متلقٍّ ينتظر الشهر القادم.The language of capability in every line: enter as a learner, graduate with your business. The beneficiary is a maker growing a livelihood, not a recipient waiting for next month.

كحلي المعرفة وأخضر النماءKnowledge navy and growth green

الباليت مسحوبٌ من العلامة لا مخترع: كحليٌّ يوقّر المعرفة وأخضرٌ ينمو على كريميٍّ دافئ، بتباينٍ عالٍ بعيداً عن ألوان الجمعيات الباهتة.A palette pulled from the mark, not invented: a navy that dignifies knowledge and a growing green on warm cream, in high contrast away from washed-out charity colors.

الذهب للبذرة وحدهاGold for the seed alone

الذهبي مقيّدٌ بمعناه: بذرة المنحة ولحظة القرار، فيلمع حيث يستحق ولا يتحوّل زينةً تبهرج الهوية.Gold is bound to its meaning: the grant seed and the moment of decision, shining where it deserves instead of becoming decorative gloss.

الشاشات صُممت قبل التصويرScreens designed before the shoot

المنصة وشاشة الجوال مبنيتان فعلاً بالكود بعربية سليمة، ولقطة المنصة تركيبٌ لشاشةٍ حقيقية لا شاشة وهمية.The platform and the mobile screen are actually built in code with proper Arabic, and the monitor shot composites a real screen, not a fake one.
